The imprints (‘black dots’) found in the glass inner are spacers between the double-wall surfaces; they will never touch the contents in a normal flask.

The highly reflective surface is achieved by the deposition of pure silver on the vacuum side of the glass inner; it will never touch the contents in a normal flask.

Do not use the flask if the glass inner is cracked or broken.

Do not use the flask lid to hold beverages, or drink from it.

The equipped stopper is not a water-tight device so avoid shaking or inverting the flask.

Keep the flask away from children especially if it contains hot liquid.

To avoid glass breakage caused by thermal shock, avoid pouring ice-cold liquid (or ice-cubes) into the flask right after its exposure to hot contents, and vice versa.

To prevent spillage and ensure thermal efficiency, do not fill the flask so much that the contents touch the base of the stopper when closed.

To consume directly from the flask, detach the plastic spout by gently lifting it upwards and away from the flask neck. Beware of hot contents within.

Do not use metal spoon or other utensils to stir liquid in the CUPPA28 mug to prevent breakage of the glass inner.

Turn the stopper top clockwise to tighten; anti-clockwise to loosen.

Loosen the stopper top first before lifting off.

To close the stopper, place it back in the flask & tighten.

Do not wash the flask by submerging in water.

To clean and remove stains on external casing, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

The stopper is integrated with the lid cap for easy handling.

To Open - Hold the flask in an upright position. The lid cap can be unfastened by turning it anti-clockwise then gently lift upwards. Beware of the potential hot content inside the flask when removing the cap lid.

To Close - Hold the flask in an upright position. Gently push down the lid cap onto the flask’s shoulder piece and turn it clockwise until it is securely fasten ( ie. The threads between the lid cap & shoulder piece are engaged ), release gently.

Remove / Replacing the silicon stopper : The silicon stopper is a consumable part and can be removed by using a metal pin or mini screw driver to pry out along the 2 notches at the base.

使用此產品或此產品載有熱水時，請勿讓小孩接觸。

注入冰水（或冷水沖洗）後不要即時灌入滾水；倒掉滾水後不要馬上以冷水沖洗，以免溫差大的冷熱水沖擊造成玻璃爆裂。

為達到保溫最佳效果，沖水或液體入壺時應該控制頂水平，不應讓它與塑膠積底部接觸，避免壺內熱能經積底部傳至積整體，然後向外溅漏。

水壺膠咀為方便倒水之用，如無需要，可拆除使用；如直接飲用，請小心沸騰熱水。

請不要用金屬匙羹或器具去攪拌 CUPPA 28 杯内飲料, 已免碰撞玻璃引至碎裂。

壺積有鎖緊壺咀的作用，是保溫的必要條件，使用方法是以順時針方向轉動積底手把，便可使壺積身漲大鎖緊壺口。

以逆時針方向轉動積頂手把，則把積身縮回原狀，放鬆壺口。

需要抽出壺積前，作逆時針方向放鬆壺積才抽出；重放壺積入壺後，要作順時針方向鎖緊壺積。

請勿將水壺浸放於水中。

清潔外殼時可用濕布先抹，緊接著以紙布等抹乾；不要用任何腐蝕性的洗滌劑產品清潔。

壼枳已組裝在壼蓋内, 方便開關。

打開蓋枳 - 水壼應放在直立位置，將蓋枳組合向下壓逆時針方向轉開，然後輕輕向上抽出。當開關蓋枳組合時，小心壺内可能含熱的液體。

關上蓋枳 - 水壼同樣應放在直立位置， 將蓋枳組合平放回主體，壓下然後順時針方向轉緊，確保鎖定狀態 (蓋枳底和壼肩的齒槽應互相扣上)，然後輕輕放開。

更換/取出圓葉蓋: 壼枳的圓葉蓋是消耗品, 更換時可用金鐲幼條或小型螺絲批在位於蓋枳中心沿兩個凹位向下按, 將圓葉蓋反起拔出。
