Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition:
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The product must be in its original and unopened packaging.
• Products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
• All customized products are non-returnable.
• Free gifts, accessories, and samples are not eligible for return.
• The return must include the original order confirmation and delivery note.
• All return delivery costs will be covered by the customer.
