FAQ & Manual
Product information
- When used correctly, glass inner products can generally retain heat for 4 to 10 hours depending on the size and model.
- Glass inners can hold easily perishable liquids such as tea, coffee, and traditional Chinese medicine.
- The glass inner has a double-layer structure. The pattern ("black dot") displayed inside the inner is used to separate the two layers of glass. There is no contact between the inner and outer layer of the inner and the liquid contained therein.
- In order to enhance the temperature insulation function of the glass inner, the surface of the inner facing the vacuum layer is coated with pure silver through precipitation; the liquid contained in the glass inner will not come into contact with the pure silver.
Instructions for use
- If the glass interior is found to be damaged, do not use the product.
- Do not use the lid as a cup. Do not put drinks in or use for drinking.
- The thermos is not leak-proof, please avoid shaking or inverting it.
- Keep out of reach of children when using this product or when this product contains hot beverage.
- Do not pour boiling water immediately after pouring ice water (or rinse with cold water); do not rinse with cold water immediately after pouring out the boiling water to avoid the impact of hot and cold water with a large temperature difference causing the glass to break.
- In order to achieve the best effect of heat preservation, the filling level of the flask should be controlled when pouring in water or liquid. It should not be in contact with the bottom of the plastic stopper to prevent the heat energy in the glass inner from being transferred to the whole stopper through the bottom of the stopper, and then leaking outward.
- Please do not use metal spoons or utensils to stir the drinks in the CUPPA 28/ 35, BREW 35 cup, as this may cause the glass to break.
- Do not drop or hit the inner glass layer against hard objects, utensils, ice-cubes etc.
Correct usage of stopper: ( except for Model #116, #122, #113S )
Correct usage:
- The stopper has the function of locking the spout, which is a necessary condition for heat preservation. To use it, turn the upper handle of the stopper clockwise to expand the stopper to tighten the spout gap.
- Before you need to pull out the stopper, loosen the stopper in the counterclockwise direction before pulling it out; after putting the stopper back in, tighten the stopper in the clockwise direction.
Maintenance and cleaning
- Do not immerse the flask in water.
- When cleaning the casing, wipe it with a damp cloth first, and then wipe it dry with a paper cloth; do not use any corrosive detergent products for cleaning.
